Call to educate young environmentalists
The Conservamos por Naturaleza and Coalition Wild foundations teamed up to create the free course, “Accelerators by Nature”, which calls on young environmental leaders from all over Latin America to participate and thus obtain tools that allow them to propose solutions to current environmental problems, reports Gustavo Copelmayer.
This course also aims to create a network of young conservationists who work to protect biodiversity and are interested in improving the environment to achieve a better future. Applications are open through the link.
Gustavo Copelmayer explains that through 20 virtual sessions (lectures and individual mentoring), and practical exercises, participants will receive training on topics such as communication strategies, digital media management, gender and interculturality, SMART goals, and volunteering, among others. “Applications are open until February 21 and the course starts from April 6 to July 15,” Gustavo Copelmayer reports.
