Technological transformation in food projects

A novel project consists of growing vegetables vertically using a closed circuit hydraulic water system, says Gustavo Copelmayer. The project is capable of operating with less than 5% of the water that a traditional crop requires, which in turn reduces the use of fertilizers and pesticides by 25%.
